• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Absolutely! I just can't ship to North Korea, Afghanistan, and other places banned by the USPS. I can't control where I can send it to unfortunately.

  If you're ordering outside the EU/UK, please be sure to spell your address correctly and call your package into customs. Please include your phone number, since it is required to go on the packaging slip. You may also be required to get a mailing address in another country in order to get your things mailed to you.

  Unfortunately, due to new regulations caused by Brexit, I will not be able to accept orders within the UK. I run this store singlehandedly, and registering and filing taxes in the UK with 20% VAT responsibilities is not something that is feasible for me at the current moment

• I live in the UK and my Order went through, but then was cancelled, why is that?

  I unfortunately cannot accept orders to the UK at this time. I am so sorry about the frustration, but Storenvy unfortunately does not allow me to exclude shipping to the UK, so I have to cancel the orders myself once they come through.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 7 and 14 business days (possibly longer) depending on your country's customs procedures.

  For orders that are fulfilled by a third party (apparel) could take anywhere from 2 weeks or longer, depending once again on the efficiency of your local postal service and /or your country's customs procedures.

• Why did my Order take so long to Ship?

  Due to following COVID-19 regulations, I only ship out orders once a week. Also, I do not have control over the speed of the delivery once the package it out of my hands. Please be patient and accommodating since I ship with the USPS and they are doing their best to adhere to COVID-19 regulations as well.

• Why do you want us to use Paypal to pay?

  I need people to use Paypal instead of Stripe because I need access to the store money to cover the costs of shipping.

  So please. Use Paypal. Paypal can accept credit cards even if you don't have an account!
